We hope that this page gives you all of the information about the admissions process and how you apply to join Avanti Fields School, part of the Avanti Schools Trust, working closely with Krishna Avanti Primary School.

How to apply?
To apply for a Secondary place at Avanti Fields School, Leicester, here’s what you need to do:
Any application received after the closing date will be considered after all of those completed and submitted on time.
What happens next
Offers of places will be emailed to applicants from the City Council on 1st March 2024 (secondary places).
A letter will also be sent by second class post.
Unsuccessful applicants will be placed on a waiting list. If a place becomes available this will be allocated using the School’s Admissions Policy and Over Subscription Criteria.
Unsuccessful applicants have the right to appeal once every academic year – information will be sent with the decision letter from the City Council.
Appeals
If you wish to appeal against the decision not to offer your child a place at the school, for your appeal to be heard in the main round of appeals it must be submitted by 12th April 2024.

Changes to your application?
Please inform the respective council and Avanti Fields School immediately of any change of address in writing and ensure that you follow up within 10 working days to confirm details have been received.
