The first week is now complete and it has been busy. Class Assemblies and Workshops for Parents have been set and we very much look forward to seeing you; working with you; and sharing ways to help the children grow. I have been so impressed with how smart the children look. Ties in Year 6; black shoes right across the school; and in the main, the right uniform.
The new Home/School Link Books and Reading Records should be with you now and you will find lots of useful information to help you and your child learn spellings, timetables, Spanish and more. For those not yet following us on Twitter, please do @KrishnaAvantiPS. If you are you will have seen cauliflower grown by our children in our school beds were harvested and cooked yesterday – I can honestly say it was delicious.
Well done to the Stars of the Week for the first week back.
