Thank you all for the continued hard work and support over this term. I know that we have had a number of changes to manage and your flexibility and understanding are greatly appreciated. After four classes isolating, we are getting closer to the Diwali Performances being recorded and ready to share. Hopefully by next Friday, you will have it.

Our School App

We have an App which links directly to our website, designed to make your access to the most used pages easier, quicker and more efficient. Many of you will already have it but those that do not, I hope this helps.

If you have a smartphone you can download our App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (Android) for FREE.

There are two ways to download the App:

  1. Using your device (phone or tablet), For Apple go here  https://tinyurl.com/y9ad3j7u and Android go here  https://tinyurl.com/y7cssjwt then install, click on our school and sign up
  2. Using your device (iPad, iPhone, tablet or Android phone), visit the relevant store as you would normally (Apple Store or Google Play) and search for “Maged School” you should find an icon when you scroll through that looks like the image to the right, click on it and install it. Then click on our school and sign up

Please do let us know if it helps and other links you would find useful.

Parent Questionnaire Updates

As we continue our own surveys and efforts to improve the school, we can see four key areas to focus on from our annual Parent Questionnaire.

Thank you to all that have so far completed the new external 360 Reviews. What we have done about your feedback since last week includes:

  • Website ‘Contact’ page improved form so class specific communications can be made.

We will continue to work on the areas and feedback each week.

Christmas Cards and Gifts

As we enter December, we appreciate that many of the children will want to share Christmas cards with friends. We are happy for this to happen within class bubbles, but for obvious reasons this is not something that we will allow across classes. I’m sure you understand and will support this. It is very important that we remain sensible and disciplined in these very difficult times.

Parking within the grounds

Very recently there has been quite an increase in requests for a pass to park in the shared drive with St. Paul’s School. We have worked out there are 22 spaces that could be used by parents with exceptional circumstances.

The bays will very soon be remarked and numbered for corresponding passes which will only be given on a temporary basis and where the reasons are exceptional. Due to the limit of 22 spaces, some requests will be declined, even if exceptional. We are currently working on the outstanding requests but it is important to remember, there is no right of access.

Foundation Stage 2 Virtual ‘Stay and Play’
