Socio-cultural influences, sports psychology, (participation in physical activity and sport, commercialisation of sport, ethics, drugs, violence in sport, characteristics of skilful movement, classification of skills, goal setting, mental preparation, types of guidance, types of feedback)

Health fitness and well-being – (health, fitness and well-being, diet and nutrition)

Practical activity assessment & Analysing and Evaluating performance (AEP) –  analyse aspects of personal performance in a physical activity. Evaluate the strengths and weakness of the performance. Produce an actions plan for improvements.
