If you would like to make any comments on the policy or withdraw your child from sex education within relationships and sex education, please complete the parental consultation form and return to the school office or complete, scan and email to [email protected] by Monday 7th June 2021. If you are unable to access this form, you can also complete this online google form consultation form with your responses.
