In Spring 2023, students from Avanti Grange participated in the Historical Association’s Young Voices project. The students were asked to conduct research among their peers at school about their experience of learning history and their attitudes towards it. They then had to prepare and deliver a presentation online to a number of other secondary schools. Avanti Grange students were the youngest participants, but they more than held their own with research and a presentation that was professional, articulate and reflective.
