Barkingside experiences significant traffic at peak times. There are also parking restrictions between 2pm and 3pm within the local vicinity.

There is no traffic allowed down Carlton Drive as the school is part of the schools safer streets initiative to promote walking to school and ease congestion down Carlton Drive. We strongly encourage our children and local community at Avanti Court to  walk to school promoting healthy lifestyle and street smart credentials.

Avanti Court it situated centrally to strong public transportation links, if you cannot walk to school, please use public transport a a mode of transport to arrive to school for 8:20am.

For those that are travelling by ca, please note, that we do not provide parking on site for parents or visitors. Please park in and around the local streets, or near Barkingside High Street (near Tesco or Sainsbury’s) and walk to school.

Children from year 2 to year 6 enter from the Craven Gardens entrance directly into the playground from 8:15am.

Children in Nursery to year 1 enter from the main office entrance at Calrton Drive from 8:20am

Late children that arrive to school after 8.30am must enter the school via the main school office on Carlton Drive and register their children to the receptionist at the front desk.
