We are delighted to announce an exciting and enriching overseas opportunity for our Year 10 students – a 10-day cultural and spiritual journey through India, taking place from 7th to 16th February 2026.
This trip has been thoughtfully designed to allow students to explore the incredible diversity of India’s culture and spirituality, offering a safe and inspiring space to engage in meaningful learning beyond the classroom. Through daily spiritual insight discussion groups, students will reflect on the experiences of the day and engage in deep, respectful conversations about values, beliefs, and perspectives from around the world.
Trip Details:
Departure: Saturday, 7th February 2026 (departure from the UK)
Return: Monday, 16th February 2026 (arrival back in the UK)
What your child will experience:
- Day 1: Arrival in Delhi – Our journey begins in India’s capital, where students will visit a variety of places of worship representing different faiths. This day focuses on understanding unity in diversity and the importance of interfaith harmony.
- Days 2–3: Jaipur – Known as the “Pink City,” Jaipur offers a vibrant mix of history and adventure. Students will enjoy a memorable elephant ride, explore bustling markets, and visit iconic landmarks, gaining a feel for India’s rich artistic and architectural traditions.
- Day 4: Agra – visiting the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort
- Days 5–9: Vrindavan – In the sacred town of Vrindavan, students will immerse themselves in spiritual life. They’ll learn about the significance of pilgrimage, witness devotional practices firsthand, and explore cultural traditions through music workshops and interactions with local communities.
Cost – £1600 including flights, travel, accommodation and food (excludes visa)
