Five enthusiastic UKS2 Geography Ambassadors attended the Travel for Life Explorer Ambassadors seminar at Transport for London’s headquarters in Stratford on Friday 28th February. The children took part in workshops and collaborative brainstorming sessions, exploring ways to promote eco-friendly travel and healthier, more mindful living within our school community. One of the key highlights was their involvement in designing an engaging new competition aimed at encouraging more weekend walks rather than driving everywhere. In addition, they began shaping an exciting new campaign to inspire both pupils and parents to embrace more active, environmentally friendly travel options for their journeys to and from school. Our ambassadors demonstrated outstanding commitment, respect, and enthusiasm, impressing everyone with their engagement and thoughtful contributions.
