Avanti students get an opportunity to partake in weekly yoga sessions. The practise of yoga is very personal. Yoga is about one’s personal journey into greater strength of the body, mind and heart. It is about reaching heights of the human spirit and depths of the self that would otherwise be unavailable to us.
During yoga, along with Hatha yoga, for the body, teachers empower students with mindfulness practises.
