Avanti House Primary children celebrated Poetry Week in various fun and creative ways. Every year group wrote poetry about different topics which were linked with their current learning such as Black History Month, Diwali, Lila and Secret of Rain and many more. Two children from every year had an opportunity to recite their poetry to the rest of the school during our Friday Celebration Assembly. Every child recited their poem beautifully and confidently!
