Yoga

Yoga means ‘to connect’. The deepest connect occurs within our souls. Yoga is about one’s personal journey into greater strength of the body, mind and heart. It is about reaching heights of the human spirit and depths of the self that would otherwise be unavailable to us. 

All Avanti students get the opportunity to partake in weekly hatha yoga sessions with a specialised teacher.

Sessions involve:

  • Mind focused breathing
  • Vocal mantra chants
  • Visual personality role models
  • Auditory sound vibrations
  • Physical body asanas
