The end of a week in which we sadly closed to all but Key Worker children. Wednesday’s goodbye to the children for the last time this year was strange but current times are. We have one week to go now until we do close for the summer. We will be planning for the return on all children, as per the information you will have no doubt seen in the news. As we plan and prepare, we will share the information with you – I appreciate these are uncertain times and we all have differing views and levels of concern.
Google Classroom
We will continue to set work using Google Classroom for the last week, up to and including Wednesday. Some activities may be set for the Thursday, but this will only be if we think it to be beneficial.
Key Worker Bookings and Remote Support
There is only one week left bait those that fall under the Key Worker categories that need your children to attend school, book via the form. Ensure you do book, as we use this to ensure we have enough staff as well as lunch for the children – Click here to book your child in.
Focus on…
The eighth week of the Focus on… series is now complete. I hosted the eighth quiz live and 28 joined and competed – the podium can be seen to the left. If was great to see the position switch as each question was answered and it seemed to be the children enjoyed it too – especially as one asked if I will be running them through the summer break!
The quiz has been assigned for all that want to play, with a mid-week deadline.
The ninth Kahoot in the series will be ready soon and we will have a live event for that mid-week – you will get more notice this time round.
