Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
Krishna Avanti Primary School is a fully inclusive Hindu faith mainstream school that admits pupils from 4 years old up to 11 years. We aim to ensure that all pupils achieve their potential, personally, socially, emotionally and academically in all areas of the curriculum (regardless of their gender, ethnicity, social background, religion, sexual identity, physical ability or educational needs).
The school Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENCo) is Mrs Carrillo. For any queries, please use the Contact Form below and select Special Educational Needs and our SENCo will get back to you as soon as possible. If the Class Teacher is the correct person at this point, please select Class Teacher and then your child’s class.
If your child is already at the school, the first point of call should be the child’s class teacher who can liaise with the SENCo for you. Where external agencies are involved, the SENCo may be better placed to help and will be happy to do so. The class teacher will be available for quick updates each day but where more time is needed, an appointment can be made with the SENCo.

I know I’ve made the right choice for my daughter. The Head, teachers are all very welcoming and supportive. I know I can go to her with any concerns with my daughter and also will help me and guide me on how I can support my daughter’s growth. I look forward to seeing my daughter flourish and grow with this school.
